China Consulate Instructions

• The total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant= Visa fee + Application Service fee(Tax inclusive). Visa Fees are tax exempted and collected on behalf of the Chinese Embassy . Application Service Fees (Tax inclusive) are charged by the Center..
• Fees for other countries may differ from the listed. Final payment requested by the Visa Center shall prevail.

China Visa Requirements.

• A valid passport which expires in no less than 06 months after expiry of the intended date of departure (at least two unused/blank visa pages).
• Photo 35/45 MM (Mat Paper).
• NOC, Office ID card and Visiting Card for Job Holder.
• Renewal Trade license and visiting card for Business man.
• Visa Request letter.
• Vaccination card.
• Original Bank Statement and Solvency (Current 06 Month of transaction History).
• Student ID card (For Student).
• Birth Certificate for Children.
• Invitation letter From Singapore (V39 format).
• Undertaking Letter.

DUBAI USE Visa Requirements.

• Applicants need a passport with 6(six) months validity at least.
• Applicant must submit 1 copy of the color photograph size shall be 45mm*35mm). The background of the image will be white applicant can also send scanned/soft copy (JPG format) image.
• Applicant must send a copy of passport bio page/information page.
• A copy of the Applicats previous travel history (visa page) must be sent.
• Applicants visiting card with a seanned copy.

Non-Major Documents :

• Applicants profession certificate.
• An undertaking letter should be placed on your companys letterhead,stating that the company will bear the responsibility. If traveler violates the visa requirements for any reason.

Singapore High Commission Instructions

• Visa Fees SGD 30$ equivalent BDT 2830 per application.
• Service charge BDT 1300 as approved by the authority total 4130.
• That the applicants should request for a receipt indicating the breakdown of visa processing fee and service charge from the AVA upon making payment.
• That the applicants will receive a notification from the AVA on the outcome of their visa application .
• Any visa related information as instructed by the authority from time to time.
